Fees

Before insurance:

Initial assessment session: 50 to 60 minutes $260

Individual session: 53 to 60 minutes $220

Individual session: 45 minutes $195

INSURANCE

I am currently in-network with BCBS, Aetna, VA (TriWEST) and TRICARE.

I work with other insurance companies at an out-of-network rate.

I am not taking Medicaid nor Medicare at this time. 

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Does Telehealth covered by my insurance

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment 
Fees will be charged at the time of session. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $60 as a late cancellation fee.  With advanced notice, I can reschedule your appointment without cancellation fees. Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments.
